Private Section Security

Are the areas designated as “Private” sections, for members only, secure from bots that gather internet information?

Could you please clarify what you mean by the private sections here? If you mean sections you create yourself, you can set the permissions to what you need. Please see the following for examples on how to do this

Can the internet bots access those areas?
