Hello,

during the download part of the upgrade process the process got stuck with about 94%.

There is an error message:

  Quote

#0 /var/www/foren/applications/core/modules/admin/system/upgrade.php(647): IPS\core\modules\admin\system\_upgrade->_getDownloadKey()
#1 /var/www/foren/system/Helpers/Wizard/Wizard.php(181): IPS\core\modules\admin\system\_upgrade->_login()
#2 /var/www/foren/applications/core/modules/admin/system/upgrade.php(109): IPS\Helpers\_Wizard->__toString()
#3 /var/www/foren/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(118): IPS\core\modules\admin\system\_upgrade->manage()
#4 /var/www/foren/applications/core/modules/admin/system/upgrade.php(54): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute()
#5 /var/www/foren/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\core\modules\admin\system\_upgrade->execute()
#6 /var/www/foren/31cadmin_x329yc_44/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run()
#7 {main}

Any ideas?

Michael

I am also stuck on downloading, but I don’t have an error message yet

The error message is part of the system logs

Someone else reported the same issue

That is a complete different story.
I do not get any red error message - the process simply stucks.
The provided trace is part of the system logs

Someone else reported the same issue

This issue was different, I'm afraid.

There may have been a slight issue while we were making changes on our end. Could you please try again?

I did a rollback and tried again. On step 4 I see the green progress bar moves quite rapidly and then gets stuck at the end, then all I see is a spinning wheel saying downloading. Tried on another site, same issue. Have now rolled both sites back and will wait until things are fixed at your end.

It still got stuck with a download of exactly 92,51%

You're also more than welcome to perform a manual upgrade as you are self-hosted. You can read about that here:

I am also stuck on downloading (self-hosted), but I don’t have an error message. I stopped it.

Waiting on confirmation that this is a problem that is being worked on.

I'm here as well. At least it's on my test server. However, I just spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting, thinking it was my issue.

And how did you solve it ?

I waited a bit on this download attempt then was redirected to this page - also not working...

I didn't. I finally gave up and came here, only to find out I should've come here in the first place. Looks like an IPS issue.

Also my test site doesn't see an update - and in test site I'm on version 4.7.4 beta 1

also ended up there like after 15 min of waiting

Looks like - i will not go for the manual upgrade since I have a lot of paying customers on my site, can not afford to have my site down longer then a few moments. I wait till I get a confirmation here that it's working.

Thank you for all the reports. This is something we're looking into. Anyone who wants to upgrade, can do so via a manual upgrade as this issue is separate from the software itself.

Done the manual upgrade - all seems to work 🙂

I think that no one should be in a hurry - I will personally wait for a correct update.

Just received this.

All should be working again now with our download service. Thank you for your patience.

Excellent work:-)

All good now. The upgrade downloaded and installed fine. Thanks for resolving so quickly.
