Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Trevor Carey Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 Hello, I am getting a technical error on my website: https://www.ccfcforum.com/ I did two things earlier. I upgraded to PHP 8.0. All worked fine after this so I'm sure this isn't a problem. I then upgraded a 'Members Tab' modification through the market place https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8740-members-tab/ and it didn't appear to me that this completed correctly. Any ideas on where to go from here? Thanks, Trevor
Marc Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 Please try using recovery mode, and also checking your server error logs to see what is showing up there https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode Trevor Carey 1
Trevor Carey Posted September 23, 2022 Author Posted September 23, 2022 thanks for the reply. I'm out of my depth here. Would anyone be able to look at or do this for me?
Marc Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 You would need to try the above first and foremost. If you are unsure on how to do this, your hosting company should be able to assist you with creating the file.
Trevor Carey Posted September 23, 2022 Author Posted September 23, 2022 Got sorted, thanks to a kind member on here. Thanks for your help too Marc.
