I am getting a technical error on my website: https://www.ccfcforum.com/

I did two things earlier.

1. I upgraded to PHP 8.0. All worked fine after this so I'm sure this isn't a problem.

2. I then upgraded a 'Members Tab' modification through the market place https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/8740-members-tab/ and it didn't appear to me that this completed correctly.

Any ideas on where to go from here?

Please try using recovery mode, and also checking your server error logs to see what is showing up there

I'm out of my depth here. Would anyone be able to look at or do this for me?

You would need to try the above first and foremost. If you are unsure on how to do this, your hosting company should be able to assist you with creating the file.
