Filter a thread to view content posted by user/yourself?

Is it possible to filter a thread, let's say that has 300+ posts in it, to view only the content by a select user, or at the very least, just your own posts within a thread?

Sometimes you have a thread spanning years, and you may forget what you've already posted in a thread. This kind of filtering would be very helpful.
