mobile version: moving last posts box above the forum list?

How is that done, can anyone tell me? I saw it somewhere on another IPB, they had some different mobile layout. I just know how to insert boxes in the desktop style, but couldn´t find anything on how to do layout changes to the mobile view.

Are you referring to blocks here? If so, the site you have seen them on likely has the sidebar showing on the left, which would make them the uppermost item

Would it be an idea for a future release to make the blocks respositionable in the mobile view?

If I look at my site from my cellphone, it really could benefit from showing the latest posts and threads (among other things).

Its not actually as simple as that to achieve, whether it be mobile or desktop, its essentially the very same theme. It simply moves based on the width and 'drops' down.
