how to upload images using editor in ipb in topics and posts?

i know to attach images , i am asking about upoading images for inserting in posts and topics in between

I'm not sure what you mean by "up(l)oading images for inserting in posts and topics in between".

You can either use your native paste (usually CTRL-V) directly in the editor box, as I did below:

which actually does upload the image as an attachment.

Or you can use the "choose files" link to upload as attachment, then position your cursor in the editor where you want the image to appear, then hover over the the attachment and click "Insert", as I did below:

The end result is the same, however.

so everyone on my community upload images to aws s3 and moreover with a click of a button

That would be something that would need to be asked separately in the Community Support section, as it's not part of the core software (therefore unsupported). I do see the topic is in that section, however, so someone from the Community may be able to assist there.
