Dazz Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 I have a user that's been trying to reset his password. He's getting the following response: "You are not awaiting validation for a lost password request" Any ideas as to what causes this or how to fix this? Thanks!
Marc Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 Are you using any external mail service that may be altering links? This tends to be the most common cause of issues such as these
