Posted March 28, 20223 yr Hi all! For a few days now, some (few) users have had the problem that the images taken with their smartphone are loaded rotated from the forum. I know that is likely to be on the users end and not our end, but what can you recommend to them? Thank you!
March 28, 20223 yr Community Expert We are aware of some issues with rotation at present, and we are working on a resolution to the issue. The issue actually seems to be with a new version of iOS

April 4, 20223 yr Community Expert How can we download the beta? Go to https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/ click into your license and then click download beta in the top right. If you can wait a few days, the final release should be available soon.
April 4, 20223 yr Go to https://invisioncommunity.com/clientarea/ click into your license and then click download beta in the top right. If you can wait a few days, the final release should be available soon. Thank you but the option is not there for me.
April 4, 20223 yr Community Expert Thank you but the option is not there for me. Software downloads are only available for self-hosted clients. As you are on cloud, we would need to handle any beta changes for you via a ticket. I can move this to a ticket, if you would like? Please be aware that beta software can have errors/issues which are not immediately resolved. Only asking for a beta if you understand this and can go a few days with errors/issues present.
