We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

You have a couple of issues here

Firstly, your cron task is not running. You need to check that and ensure its running once every minute. This may however be related to the error you are getting

The task that is running there is a 3rd party item, as you have seen. You need to contact the author of that application in order to resolve the problem.
