Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Janeric Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 Marc, I have done what you suggested, and I still can not get through the update. When I press continue to continue the update again it throws a white page and that's it. When I go back in ACP it shows store template missing?
Marc Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. I have moved this into its own topic also
Janeric Posted February 3, 2022 Author Posted February 3, 2022 I have updated access info, thank you 🙂
Marc Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 You are actually hitting memory limit on your server. Please try increasing this, and then revisiting the upgrader
Janeric Posted February 3, 2022 Author Posted February 3, 2022 Marc how do I do this? What am I missing? (Memory Used 36.40%)
Solution Marc Posted February 3, 2022 Solution Posted February 3, 2022 Memory being used on your server is not the same as what is allowed to be used by your PHP instance. You need to contact your hosting company and have them increase the memory_limit value on PHP. I have managed to force the upgrade through for you, however note you may find you have the same problem on the next update if you dont have them increase this
