Our subscribers, who then churn, are not being demoted, and therefore still have full access to the benefits of the site. As far as i can tell, the system should revert them automatically. Naturally while I dislike churn, I am actually really pleased to see this happen. So I think I would change my original question to, with the subscriptions system: How many grace days do people get after their subscription expires ? When are subscriptions renewed ? If you take a look at your settings in Commerce->Subscriptions->Subscription Plans, then click on the settings button in the top right, it will show your grace perious there.
