Matthew McAlpine Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 Hello, I was attempting to adjust our "Admin" user profile to a more appropriate email, and I am not too sure what happened but now none of my admins can log into AdminCP. I am truly at a loss here and trying to figure out what courses of action I may have.

Jim M Posted January 17, 2022 Posted January 17, 2022 If you could provide a user who is having issues, we can take a look here. I am not seeing any particular issues. Some administrators have both an unrestricted administrator group and a restricted administrator group which may result in less permissions available to that user but we can cross that bridge once you provide an example.
