I've sent three support tickets over the past several weeks, but I haven't received any confirmations or follow up. I'm wondering if there is a problem with support tickets or if there is another way I can go about doing this. Any guidance? Thanks!
Marc Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 You need to check your spam email there, as we responded to all 4 tickets there, on 12th, 14th, 15th, and 27th October. We have sent responses with the CNAME entries you will need to add to your email address on file
AJFO Posted November 12, 2021 Author Posted November 12, 2021 I've checked Spam, our inbox... I can't find it anywhere. It's just a gmail account so I can't imagine anything is blocking it. Could we try sending it to a different email address?

You can change your email address on file, or add an alternative contact and send in a ticket from there if you would like to do that? SeNioR- and AJFO 2
