flrn98 Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 I think from the 4.6 update (i'm not sure) I keep getting the 'License Key Invalid' error. Doesn't matter how many times I re-enter it, goes away for a few days and then reappears. In client area, still no link. After I re-enter it in ACP, it shows the URL, but as I said, not for long. Any fix?
Marc Posted October 15, 2021 Posted October 15, 2021 we were seeing some minor issues which were resolved earlier this week with licensing, similar to what you are reporting. When was the last time this happened? If it was more recent (since yesterday for example) then are you running anything which may block connection to our license server? Things such as Cloudflare, or firewalls running on your server blocking external connections.
Solution flrn98 Posted October 15, 2021 Author Solution Posted October 15, 2021 I don't use Cloudflare at the moment. Today I had the time to add again the license and now my URL appears in Client Area, I guess solved. Marc 1
