I newly got this warn: Locked Task: postBeforeRegisterFollowup

when I click on Run Now button I got below error

Sorry, you do not have permission for that!
2C124/2 The task is already running and cannot be ran until it has finished or the lock is removed. 

and when I click on view logs button There are no results to display.

also in Background Processes There are no Processes to display.

I see the is actually an update in progress on your site at the moment. If you are still having these issues once that upgrade is completed, please let us know.
