OptimusBain Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Hello, I would like to suggest a feature on how the refunds and cancellations are done. There is not a text field where the admin can write a personal message that should be sent to the customer to explain the reason of the refund or credit. I've done a couple lately and I wanted to explain the reasons why a partial refund was being done. I just couldn't because there is not such an option. The system should have a text field where custom text can be written and an email should be sent to the client with the cancellation/refund and the personalized text, if any has been added.
