MediaDiGi Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 I've set up in the Settings panel that all members that do not validate their accounts in 30 days after signup should be removed (check pic) However, when I look into the validating tab I see a bunch of members with registration dates as old as 4+ months. So I suppose they haven't got removed. Tell me, please, why this is happening. Is it a bug? A misconfiguration on my end? How I ca fix it? Thank you! Solution Marc Posted September 15, 2021 Solution Share Posted September 15, 2021 On taking a look at your site there, they appear to be members who are awaiting validation by yourself. The pruning is for members who have not validating their account themselves (email validation). Spam Defense checked and returned score 4 - account flagged for admin approval." I've changed my SPAM defense settings like in the attached pic. Any recommendations?
