Access forbidden! ajax request in the development mode

I use ajax for accessing data, it worked well before  but in IPS 4.6 ( I guess) it doesn't work in IN_DEV = TRUE but works in production mode. and i got this error :
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Were you able to address this issue? If not, what's the full error which is returned?

This error occurred because I forgot to set one of the database fields in insert method
