Best option for displaying text field at the end of articles

Hi all

I'm looking for the best option/plugin for displaying the text field at the end of articles. Something to encourage readers to comment, just like what we have on the actual forum. We're looking to replace our comments section with the forum. We are already displaying the most recent comments underneath, but in this example there are no comments.

Also, what's the best way/plugin for displaying the most recent comments from the forum, eg on the homepage?
