Error code after restoring backup

Hi all:

Can you help me troubleshoot this error code?  I had an error with my site so I re-installed a backup from about two weeks ago before any errors occurred.

An error occurred (500 Error)

Are you able to log into ACP and look at the System/Error logs? It seems to think there is a file or directory missing.
