Validating members able to post???

I just realized that validating members are able to post before being approved by the admin (which the board is set for admin approval). I don't want this happening, how to stop this using 4.5.4.2?

They will have whatever permissions the members group has so if your members group requires approval then they will go into the approval queue.

Now if you have post before register enabled, their post will not show up for approval or at all until they register.

SO you'd have to show us an example or submit a ticket.
