Change the "Start New Topic" for Forums

So I want to change my Start New Topic on my forums to a Create Staff Application which then redirects to our Form plugin

Examples:

It’s replacing the default button with a custom button with an „ submit application“ button and redirecting it to the application form.

How do I replace the default button?

If you're using the application that is linked to I would contact the author for support to ask how you use the feature being mentioned as a default feature.
