Sheffielder Posted October 18, 2020 Posted October 18, 2020 I've put a 1 month free trial of my subscriptions on my site Couple of questions: 1) What's to stop a member taking the free trial, then taking another free trial, then another free trial etc? 2) None of those having a free trial have put any payment info in - is that done at the end of the free trial? 3) Do the invoices for subscriptions get PM'd to the member or just emailed? (I have many with incorrrect email addresses and they won't update to their real ones)
bfarber Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 1) You can only have one free trial. 2) You enter the payment information in at the point a payment is required. 3) The invoice is emailed to the member. Nothing is ever sent automatically via PM within the software out of the box.

Looks like I have to sort out the email issue as many members on my community don't have their correct emails in the system
