Just a minor grammar issue

I've been re-doing my clubs to be named something else and came across this:

club_modperm_move_desc

Club Moderators only be able to move content within clubs they are a moderator of. They will not be able to move content to the main community unless they are also a Community Moderator.

Should be "Club Moderators are only able to" just missing a word there.
