Hey,

Is it possible to make a plugin that will check for Multiple Topics when posting?

I wish to allow one topic per user in certain parts of the forum. A plugin that can check if there is an open topic in the sub-forum

⁃ Option to select applicable forums

⁃ Applicable user groups

⁃ Link to existing topic

⁃ Custom error message where I can enter certain links
