amiaz peisach Posted March 28, 2020 Share Posted March 28, 2020 hello. i wish to disable the "REQUIRED" field in the support ticket for the difualt text field that cannot be touched. i want the users to send a support ticket based on "custum fields and not on the main "REQUIRED" text location on the buttom of the new supprt ticket. thank you.
