Question about languages

Hello! I’m interested in one important point, I recently noticed a useful thing on some IPS4 forums: when you select the RU language on the forum, you lose part of the English categories and only RU remains, and if you choose English, RU disappear and only English categories remain, where they communicate only in English, as if 2 different forums and databases, but the domain is the same and even the link is exactly the same, the question is how can this be implemented?

There is no built in option to accomplish that afaik. You can do do that only through a third party plugin, like the one posted above.
