iFrame help

I wish to load the /register page in an iframe for guest user to quickly sign in.

Any clue how I can remove the header and display just Google & FB login button.....?

I am not sure why it should be iframe. Probably it is enough just to use Guest Sign Up widget? Or create a custom block based on this widget. If iframe is a must, then create a new page without wrapper and place a widget in it.
