Unable to upload video attachments: INVALID_URL

So, here's why I couldn't edit one of my file submissions recently:

I just tried submitting a topic here with a video attachment embedded and got this:

It won't let me submit the post and just returns an "INVALID_URL" error every time until I delete the uploaded video.

Apparently this didn't impact Daniel when he tried to edit my post himself? So seems to be an issue specific to my member group possibly.

Huh. Funnily enough, going back to the topic now, it did attach the video even though I actually deleted the attachment before submitting it.

So there's some definite weirdness going on somewhere there.

If you go to the test posting forum and try there, are you able to reproduce?

I seem to recall this coming up in the past due to using S3 but we only allow local videos to embed or something along those lines, but I thought the issue was resolved many versions ago.
