The Old Man Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 Hi folks, I'm running my first Commerce promotion with a 40% off coupon code and when I tested it, it appeared to reduce the price correctly and showed fine in the basket. I'm being told that although it's set for anyone group to use, and it can be used unlimited times but only once per member, a member is saying a message pops up saying no such code exists. It seems coupons cannot be used on Gift Cards, although it doesn't say this anywhere I can see in AdminCP. I had only tested it with a subscription.
