Page width for registration and guidelines

I have only two pages on my forum that do not open full width and looks terrible. The (full) registration page and the guidelines page. They both have a single column about 2 thirds of the page in the center along with the header. No other pages on the forum are that way. I noticed when I remove the ipslayout_container from the div using Firefox "inspect Element" F12 the pages go to full width but I have searched and can't find which template(s) these are located in for those two pages?
