I stumble upon them, but now that I need to find them I can not. 

Can someone help me find the direct buttons, I can get to setting a goal in donate, but can not find announcement again. I also don't know where "goals" is directly. Thanks in advance!

Rhett solved, Look in MODCP for anouncement and Commerce - Payments - Donations for that. Blind I tell ya, I'm blind.
