Custom forms (not forums) that can be filled out emailed?

Hi

I want to create some forms that my users can fill out and on submit the data will be emailed to a predefined recipient who isn't a member of our site.

Anyone know how this can be done?

There are multiple Forms app available in the Marketplace.  You can also use Google Forms, which I've used for community surveys before.
