SEO nightmare

Hello, my SEO for my community is very much so in disarray I would say , I have it registered with Google Search Console , and I've waited a while for google to crawl the site, now I check google search console in the coverage section and I have two errors one says there is a crawl error with a submitted URL the other says there is a 404 not found . does anyone know how I might resolve this ? I rebuilt the sitemap and tried that too.

You would need to click on those errors and inspect the details. 

Doesn’t have to be anything major. If you deleted (for example) a topic after it was submitted, a 404 is perfectly normal.
