Overview of the blocks placed through Block Manager

Hi,

I am a bit lost on the large project. I would like to review ALL blocks / widgets placed on the project in any area. Ideally with its settings and where they are exactly placed (forum index, forum category, cms page, gallery image and so on). I am not able even to find a database table that contains all the placed widgets and settings. The table core_widget_areas does not work for me. It seems to be incomplete and misses settings for some widgets.

The question is: where the settings of the blocks are saved? How to get the full list of the blocks/widgets used on the site?

core_widget_areas + cms_page_widget_areas

The core_widget_areas contains the placed widgets of any app except for cms pages which has an own database table (cms_page_widget_areas)
