Notifications for Status Update

Do I have as Administrator an ability to receive notifications about when someone replied to any Member status update?

Sometimes it may be sensitive or prohibited content so I need to know about every message in statuses to provide clean conversation.

Do I have a feature to give the permissions to Guests to reply to the statuses?

In your Notification Settings, make sure you scroll down to the bottom to see the full list of all notification options.  

There is an option for status updates:

I see what you mean now.  This is not an option offered by the suite.

I don't know off the top of my head.  This can be easily tested by you.  

If still unsure, you can submit a ticket to IPS Support for permission.
