Select Bug When using $form->error?

I already found a case of where it would affect first party functionality right off...

register.php $securityQuestions has ints as keys and is used in a front end Select. I even double checked and indeed that id field is a bigint.

I haven't tested it and haven't registered on a site in forever, but I assume it's a typical form (probably they select a question and then answer?), so if there's any error with the form on submit, the loaded form with error will have the question choice be the first option from the select, not whichever one they selected.

Thanks, I've confirmed I can reproduce the issue with security questions. :) That's all we needed.
