Daily / Weekly Digest (Change Default to weekly)

1. SparkPost is Deprecating their FREE tier in August 2019. It is the one of the default option supported in IPB.

2. I need to find ways to "lower" my Email Digest blast to "save" money.

3. Appreciate pointers to how I set default Digest frequency to "Weekly"

4. Other reliable alternatives to SparkPost recommendation is also welcomed.

I’m still just using the regular and free PHP mail option and the deliverability is better than SparkPost/SendGrid and so on with a package without a unique IP.
