Makoto Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Steps to reproduce: Set a daily posting limit for any member group Exceed this posting limit by any means Create a support ticket Attempt to reply to said support ticket You will be able to create support requests even if you've exceeded the daily post limit, but you can not reply to support requests.
