Moonlight Exchange Posted April 13, 2019 Posted April 13, 2019 Hi InvisionCommunity, I purchased the Cloud service tonight, but it looks like something went wrong with my forum provisioning. I've tried opening my site across two different browsers, but the forum appears to be corrupted. Is there any way to fix this, outside from submitting a ticket? Thanks!
Fierce God Posted April 13, 2019 Posted April 13, 2019 Send them a support ticket and they will fix it it happens sometimes for first time purchase activation i had to do something and they fixed it with out anymore flaws IPS Cloud support is on point On here > client area > support ticket
