Group tagging

I would like to tag whole group sometimes - so i can alert few peeps in special groups rather then tagging them individually. Is their any way to do it?  Plus i would like to keep it limited based on group so no one can tag @-users - has it would send notification to 8000 registered users. 

 

Ex - Only Group A, B, C and D can use group mention feature and Only groups X Y and Z can be mentioned/tagged.
