PM Multiple People

To PM one person you can do 

/messenger/compose/?to=1

this would pre-populate the "To" box with the username of the person with id number 1.

Is it possible to pre-populate more than one name? e.g. send a message to id 1,2 and 3 for example.

This might be really simple but I can't find the answer.
