"friendly URL" doesn't it work

Hello friends,

when I try to create a topic in any of the forums, i see blank page. ( Please see attached files. )  I do these actions on behalf of the Administrator account. If I disable friendly URLs then everything works as expected. 

Forum hosting on my dedicated server and WAF (for example mod_security)  is not installed on it, iptables is also disabled. I do not have an installed solution that can interfere with the execution of any request.  I configured just LAMP (  Linux Debian 9.6,  Apache 2.4,  MySQL [ Version: 10.1.37-MariaDB-0+deb9u1, innodb_version: 5.6.41-84.1],  PHP 7.3 ).

Can anyone help with this problem?

Invision Community 4.3 does not support PHP 7.3 (the upcoming release of 4.4 includes PHP 7.3 support).

Temporarily downgrading to PHP 7.2 should fix your issue.
