Converted from PHPBB Links not redirecting

I just converted from PHPBB and everything seems to have converted over without much of an issue, however when I click on basically anything on the forums it brings me to the PHPBB version and then loops back to the IPB version.  I know redirection had to be turned on and I thought I did, so I'm not sure where to go from here. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I suggest submitting a ticket via your client area. Knowledge of your particular set up is likely required to make sure you haven't missed something small.

Already did that, just figured it would be worth a shot to see if anyone here knew a quick fix. Thanks!

The few things off the top of my head...

1. Make sure the converter application remains enabled. 
2. Do you have an .htaccess file handling any of the redirects for you?
3. Do you happen to have a link you could share, PHPBB source and IPS destination, so we can see what's not working correctly? 
   1. I can understand the desire to keep your community private, hence the support ticket route noted above if you're not comfortable sharing.

I knew it was .htaccess, couldn't figure that out. Turns out it was still pointing to all the PHPBB stuff, was able to get it working with a quick fix there!

you have to leave the converter on forever , do not turn it off after the conversion
