Announcements Color

I checked through the Button Colors and Front-End Colors as well as the Text but don't see where I can change the colors for the Announcements.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not every color used in a theme has a setting. There is a lot of hard-coded stuff as well. 

The announcement button color seems to be defined in:

.cAnnouncementPageTop, .cAnnouncementPageTop a, .cAnnouncementSidebar.ipsMessage a, .cAnnouncementContentTop.ipsMessage a {
color: #ffffff;
}
