Ranks not Working

I set up 5 new Ranks with appropriate numbers of Pips but none of them are showing up.

They're still showing the default ranks from the initial setup.

Anyway to get them to show or activate them?

Once you setup Ranks initially, those should display for members immediately.

(And you mentioned the "default Ranks", however in IPS 4 there are no default Ranks generated. On the ACP -> Members -> Ranks page, a fresh install would not have anything there.)

If you are unable to get those to display after creating them, please file a ticket to Support and we'll be glad to take a look at your install.
