How to activate the Content Count

Hi together,

after updating the IPS from 3.4 to 4.3.6 and migration to a new server, the content count doesn’t work anymore. 

For a better explanation see pictures below —> Member has Lana1

After 1 Post the content count shows still 0.

 

I found out that the function “increase content count” was inactive, but after activating for each forum the problem was not solved.

 

I use the conten count for group promotion rules to move users automatically tho a new member group.

 

 

Someone a idea what is going wrong.

watch into admincp dashboard and find area where background tasks are located (a widget below the page),

ensure you don't have any task in queue.

there are no task in queue

You might try to manually run the task. 

Also - if you recount content on one member, you get the option to recount on all members..

thank you for your suggestion, but after the recount, the content count for the specific member and the others shows still 0
