Checkbox Background Color

I'm trying to change the background color of check boxes (unchecked  ones)but cant seem to be able to find where to make this change.  The theme I'm using from @TAMAN is great but not clear on identifying this setting.  Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

If you're using one of my themes

The checkbox color settings located in "Forms & Toggles" tab under the names like

Checkbox: NO background color

Checkbox: YES background color

...etc
