TDBF Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Just noticed that when sharing a Page article to the likes of Twitter and Facebook, the attached image of the article is not showing on social media. Has there been a change to the Pages settings or could thins be an issue?
bfarber Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 Was it the 'record image' or an image attached to the article content? Only the 'record image' is output as a social media share image. Also, be aware that some services have requirements too (f.e. I think Facebook requires it to be at least 200x200 although I can't recall if those dimensions are still correct).

Hi Bfarber, It is the record Image which is now not showing on on tweets or Facebook posts. If we use the share icon on the record there is no image in the shared post (When viewed on Facebook or Twitter). However, if we use the Promote icon and select the image, the share works as expected (ie: the article record image is shown).
